ARM64 (aarch64) support

ARM Samsung

The ARM architecture (previously, the Advanced RISC Machine, and prior to that Acorn RISC Machine) is a 32-bit RISC processor architecture developed and licensed by ARM Limited. Like AMD's AMD64 it was eventually extended to a 64-bit architecture variant, likewise.

Cross build from time to time - usual embedded package set does work.
