14:55 < rxr> hi mnemoc
14:55 < mnemoc> hi rxr
16:15 < mnemoc> rxr: do you think a wikiTeX is something doable? {easy, normal, hard, very hard}? interesting?
16:19 < rxr> what would your wikitex do?
16:20 < mnemoc> wiki to edit and render tex
16:20 < mnemoc> file manager too :p
16:20 < mnemoc> treat dir as book... i'm not much clear yet
16:23 < mnemoc> basic goal is to just reader basic tex
16:23 < mnemoc> i'm not much clear how to add support for Typesettings
16:24 < mnemoc> do your comments please :D ... guide me
16:26 < mnemoc> in this case exporting (wiki as frontend) i lot much easier than rendering
16:28 < mnemoc> versioning in important too
16:29 < mnemoc> silence :\
17:14 < rxr> re
17:14 < rxr> sorry me reading and such ...
17:14 < rxr> I'm not such a wiki fan and users - so I might not be the best suited person to comment ...
17:15 < rxr> but I think such a "beast" should be very well possible
17:15 < rxr> using some some "style-manager" to select what the type of parts of the text (e.g. this is a headline, this is a footnote, ...)
17:16 < rxr> and you then render it as pdf or so thru latex
17:16 < rxr> should not be tooo hard - depending on how mux tex / latex know how you have, ...
17:17 < rxr> but I'm not such a latex fan these days, format variations from the default ducument classes is rather "starting a new one" since the ones shipped as default are rather hardcoded
17:17 < rxr> I plan to take a look into docbook at some time ...
17:25 < jsaw_> what's the problem changing default latex styles?
