00:01 < CIA-18> jsaw * r15597 /trunk/target/pkgdist/ (. build.sh preconfig.in):
00:01 < CIA-18> * Create a sub-target for package distirbution:
00:01 < CIA-18> - Currently only local packages copy is supported
00:01 < _Ragnar_> distirbution? :)
00:01 < jsaw> uhm
00:01 < jsaw> ...
00:02 < jsaw> hi _Ragnar_
00:02 < _Ragnar_> hi jsaw :)
00:02 < _Ragnar_> what's it do?
00:03 < jsaw> Instead of creating an install or livecd target, it simply copies all package archives to a specified folder (remote to come), or does simply nothing (useful in combination with mnemosyne/vserver)
00:03 < _Ragnar_> oh
00:03 < _Ragnar_> ok

12:11 < morfoh> rxr: hi btw :)
12:11 < rxr> and rich media stuff ...
12:12 < valentin> well, maybe we have less of those anoying flash and javascript animated sites then...
12:13 < valentin> hi morfoh
12:13 < morfoh> valentin: good point ... hi valentin
12:13 < morfoh> :)
12:13 < valentin> btw: much shorter hair now
12:13 < karasz> hello valentin
12:13 < valentin> hi karasz
12:13 < morfoh> valentin: who ? you cutted your hair ?
12:13 < valentin> yep
12:13 < morfoh> valentin: what happened ?
12:13 < valentin> i let it cut
12:14 < morfoh> :)
12:14 < valentin> morfoh: got on my nerves
12:14 < morfoh> yeah ... I really can imagine :)
12:15 < valentin> sometimes ppl grow too old, found a new family and get a hairdo ;)
12:15 < morfoh> valentin: so sth. is happening on your site ;)
12:15 < valentin> had long hair for about 15y now, so i thought it was time for a change
12:16 < valentin> morfoh: i have a family allready
12:17 < morfoh> valentin: I know ... but you're not having your family since yesterday :)
12:18 < valentin> yes, so my hairstyle is a bit late
12:19 < valentin> so i have an individual CV :)
12:20 < valentin> but now i have to get used to the new guy in the mirror
12:21 < morfoh> valentin: good luck for you both :)
12:21 < valentin> hehe, thanks
12:38 < rxr> valentin: you have short hair now ?
12:42 < rxr> valentin: a bit shorter or really short?
12:43 < valentin> rxr: all between 0.5 and 4 cm :)
12:44 < valentin> ok, maybe a bit longer than 4cm in some places
12:46 < rxr> valentin: that is shorter than my hair ?
12:47 < valentin> dunno, i don't think very much
12:47 < rxr> your mother will not be happy -in the church at christmas eve they wanted to convince me to have longer hair again and how butiful it is that her sons have long hair ,-)
12:47 < rxr> --typos
12:47 < valentin> rxr: my mother is a bit dissapointed
12:47 < rxr> can imagine
12:47 < valentin> --typos too
12:47 < valentin> however, it is my head
12:48 < rxr> what did make up your mind?
12:48 < valentin> got on my nerves
12:48 < rxr> hard to belive ,-)
12:48 < rxr> my keyboard does not like me today ,-)
12:48 < valentin> i never wanted to be one of those guys who are 30++ years old and still have long hair
12:48 < rxr> hm
12:49 < valentin> additionaly, my hair gets thinner in some places and i did not want to look like clifford one day
12:49 < rxr> well - maybe you are coding more then now, as well ,-)
12:49 < rxr> haha hehe
12:49 < rxr> good point
12:50 < valentin> where you can see the plate head below some thin streaks of hair
12:50 < rxr> .oO - valentin is really getting old
12:50 < valentin> rxr: nope, i just have a bit more space at the side on my forehead, far from plate
12:51 * rxr hopey your mothers does not think /me is guilty for your short hair ..
12:51 < valentin> though i have to admid it wasn't easy for me to let someone cut it
12:51 < valentin> rxr: kerstin hopes the same :)
12:51 < valentin> but it was my decission
12:52 < rxr> ok - I tell her it was kerstin then ,-)
12:52 < valentin> how dare you
12:52 < rxr> at least it was not /me then ,-)
12:52 < valentin> i'll beat you for that ;_)
12:52 < rxr> aside from that, how is berlin ?
12:53 < valentin> hm, snow melted away, a bit muddy but nice
12:53 < karasz> morfoh: still around?
12:54 < valentin> so, have to fetch some food and do some work now. and then soon off to jannas physical therapy
12:54 < rxr> therapy what ?
12:55 < valentin> like "baby sport", but performed by an professional person
12:56 < rxr> what did I miss now ?
12:57 < valentin> i don't know, why are you thinking you missed sth ?
12:57 < rxr> did not yet know janna gets "physical therapy"
12:58 < rxr> some days out of berln "and everything changes"
12:58 < valentin> well, since three weeks. and she realy made big progress
12:58 < valentin> she can move freely on the 2D surface now in all directions and big distances
12:59 < valentin> and she almost rolls over without any help (she can even do alone if there's something to grab on)
12:59 < rxr> 2d surface - sounds more like a computer robotics descripton ,-)
13:00 < rxr> do you want to make a olympic athlet out of here ?
13:00 < valentin> she is a bit late in doing so, so the therapist showed us some fun exercises to motivate her
13:00 < valentin> rxr: she is much calmer indeed for about 1 week now (since she found out how to move forward)
13:01 < valentin> it is frustrating for a baby if the brain is more developed than the body
13:01 < valentin> so pleasant to be a bit more independend when playing
13:01 < rxr> ic
13:01 < valentin> and not needing parents to give her back the toys she threw away
13:03 < valentin> so, need some brunch
13:03 < valentin> bbl
13:03 < rxr> nah - just delegating work
13:03 < rxr> letting the parents do the boring parts
13:03 < rxr> cu
13:25 < valentin> rxr: i fear we need to replace that hd soon
13:25 < rxr> .oO
13:25 * rxr should doing some more backups ...
13:25 < rxr> l
13:26 < valentin> the strange noise comes more often now
13:26 < valentin> not to mention that it gets on my nerves, too
13:26 < rxr> buy a new HD I would say then ,-)
13:27 < rxr> btw. Av. considers licensing our Mac driver for a OEM color laser printer ,-)
13:31 < valentin> how many licenses ?
13:35 < rxr> not known yet
13:35 < rxr> I hope for xxxx EUR++ fixed price
13:38 < rxr> == 14:41:08 =[0]=> Building base/gcc [4.1.0-20060219 2.2.0-alpha].

13:49 < rxr> so - hopefully gcc-4.1-snapshot builds thru now - then I'm off into the village I think
14:21 < karasz> morfoh: do you happen to know how to enab;e mysql support in php?
14:22 < morfoh> hmmm ... dunno. but I guess that it will be enabled if you have mysql enabled on your target
14:22 < karasz> it was not at the time i built the target...
14:23 < karasz> and i emerged mysql...
14:23 < karasz> and now i cannot seem to emerge php, because it fails...
14:24 < morfoh> emerging php fails ?
14:24 < karasz> yes
14:24 < morfoh> hmmm ... error ?
14:25 < karasz> in a minute
14:25 < karasz> something about compiler does not work O_o....
14:27 < morfoh> add mysql and php to your pgksel on your target and reschedule both packages
14:27 < karasz> i am not buildin a target.
14:27 < karasz> it is Emerge...
14:28 < karasz> it is a 2.1.1. build already installed, but without mysql selected at the time of build
14:28 < karasz> webserver is lighttpd
14:29 < morfoh> doesn't you have the build for your webserver around there ?
14:30 < karasz> no
14:30 < morfoh> I cannot say that much about the Emerge issue but perhaps you could cirvumvent the problem by rebuild the both packages on your webserver build and reinstalling the packages
14:30 < morfoh> hmmm ...
14:30 < karasz> `checking for object suffix... configure: error: installation or configuration problem; compiler doe
14:30 < karasz> s not work
14:30 < karasz> `
14:32 < morfoh> hmmm ... what are you using as config/default ?
14:32 < karasz> 2.1.1.1 if that is what you are askin
14:33 < morfoh> personally I think emerging on productive systems like servers is bad anyway ...
14:33 < karasz> yeah, it seems so...
14:34 < morfoh> cat grep SDECFG_SHORTID config/default/config
14:34 < morfoh> remove the cat
14:34 < morfoh> grep SDECFG_SHORTID config/default/config
14:35 < karasz> grep SDECFG_SHORTID config/mine/config
14:35 < karasz> export SDECFG_SHORTID='2.1.1.1-x86-pentium3-generic'
14:35 < morfoh> hmmm ... what target did you used while building ?
14:35 < morfoh> I guess it was mnemosyne
14:35 < karasz> yes
